Founded by Udo Granz, the enterprise has grown over recent decades into an established brand in the gastronomy sector, today operating 14 locations across Germany.

Managing Director Philip Granz drives the commercial management and strategic expansion of UPEC Real Estate. Drawing on a background in institutional investment management, his focus centers on deal origination, risk-adjusted underwriting, and active asset management.
